Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be billed again following cancellation. Please note that you are not eligible to receive credit for any past month’s services since your policy was active, and you received all services provided under the terms of this agreement.

Trial Service Cancellation

Our service includes a 14-day trial period during which you can cancel without penalty. If you cancel within this period and have not used the warranty service, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after the 14-day period will result in a charge for the first month’s service, but no additional charges will be incurred for subsequent months.

Cancellations and Refunds

Upon approval of your cancellation, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first recheck your bank account. Subsequently, reach out to your credit card issuer as there may be a delay before your refund is officially processed. We kindly ask that you refrain from initiating a chargeback.

If there is still no record of your refund, please consult your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.
